Every Jar Has a Story
It all started with a simple act of love — my mom sharing her wisdom, and me freezing homemade masala so my boys could always have a warm, home-cooked meal. I began canning it to keep it fresh, and soon friends and family were taking jars home after every visit. 'You need to get this out there,' they'd say. So I did.
Inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of East Africa and everything my mom taught me, I created Saucy Stories — chutneys, masalas, and more, made with heart and heritage. After a successful market test, we officially launched in July 2025, and the response has been incredible.
Now that my boys are grown and my husband is cheering me on every step of the way, this is my moment. But Saucy Stories is bigger than the products — it's about turning every meal into a moment of full-flavour conversation and connection.
